The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) comprises of a 10year development plan for projects at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International, Goodyear, Mesa and Deer Valley Airports. The development program includes Automated Train Facility, New west Terminal, Airfield project parking (airside and landside), cargo, general offices and facilities for Aviation Department Design and Construction Service Division.
On behalf of the Prime Contracting Firm ( URS), PSA provided Contract Administration and Document control including the introduction and implementation of Skire Program. Emmanuel Ikharebha key contribution includes the following:
- Implementation of comprehensive Quality control and Quality Assurance performance guidelines.
- Assisted in the implementation of and integration of a software system that provided for program management control and assets life-circle management.
- Served as a Project control staff.
- Assisted in the development of a specific website for vendors through the implementation of an extensive outreach program.
