Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites

As the owner of this 90 rooms hotel, oversaw the development of this property from Land acquisition to project completion, and opening of the Holiday Inn Express in Florence, Arizona. Identified, analyzed and resolved day to day challenges and led construction teams comprised of superintendents and subcontractors. Reviewed negotiated and approved all bids and change orders and was responsible for all ongoing communication between all interested parties which resulted in on time completion and below budget. Was responsible for all the contact closeout and fund management.
