DFW Airport Terminal Renewal

As part of Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program (TRIP) Project Control Group at the Airport, I hold the overall TRIP scheduling responsibility for all terminals A, B, E and C with major emphasis on Terminal B. Review and present a monthly update to DFW Board and all Stakeholders. Responsible for maintaining all Construction Managers At Risk (CMAR) project schedules into a master schedules for high level presentation.

Project control is defined as “a project management function that involves comparing actual performance with planned performance and taking appropriate corrective action or directing others to take the action that will yield the desired outcome in the project when significant differences exist.” This process includes
